Chris came in and evaluated the situation very quickly. He got to work right away and only needed a few questions answered to complete the job. He made recommendations and asked exactly what I wanted done. He was very quick to get the job done and it works perfectly! I now can watch High Def TV, play Wii, and watch movies in surround sound. We watched Black Knight last night and it sounded great! I would certainly recommend him!!



        

         
This is my third time with Chris, so this speaks volumes. He shows up on time, has the expertise for about anything and yet is able to communicate with one who is ''challenged'' in tech.
Chris was wonderful. His price was $6000 less than a competitor for the same work and components. He was a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend him for any audio-visual work.
He and his assistant were on time and both were very polite and nice. The TV was moved from a stand in the corner to hanging in the middle of the wall. They replaced any wire and cables that needed to be replaced and ran everything through the wall. You wouldn't know that the TV was connected to the cable hookup on a completely different wall. He tested it with our TIVO box and made sure everything was working before he left. He explained to me how to take it off the wall when we paint, but told me he was more than happy to come back and take it off whenever we needed it.

Chris came out at a time that was convenient to us and told us what time he would be here, and not the usual 4 hour span of time some companies give you. He was very personable and friendly and obviously very knowledgeable about the installation and workings of all stereo and video systems. He was able to fix all our problems in a short period of time and the charges were extremely reasonable. We were charged for a service call and for parts and cables that he added to the system. Not only did he correct our problems, but he also was able to make changes to our system for both better viewing and listening experiences, things we didn't even know we could set up. Overall a very good experience and I would definitely recommend his services.
